We value our Realtor® partners and understand the importance of referrals from the Realtor® community. Our commitment for the past 35+ years is to create long-lasting business relationships with the Realtor® community. It is our goal to help our Realtor® partners develop a solid reputation.
Customer Obsession
One of our core values is “Customer Obsession”. We go the extra mile to ensure our Realtor® partners and their customers have the best customer journey possible. We ensure that our New Home Counselors collaborate with the local Realtor® community to develop trust and earn a long-lasting partnership. Our New Home Counselors are highly trained to sell new construction. They will show buyers homes and home sites, answer all questions, and communicate with the buyer’s Realtor® as necessitated by the relationship. We require all contracts and any applicable change orders to be written on Park Square Homes’ forms.
One Stop Shopping
Our New Home Counselors are united with their Realtor® partners every step of the way. We make the Realtor’s® job easier by taking responsibility for many of the tasks to save the Realtors® time and money. We offer one-stop shopping as we have our own mortgage and title company. We reserve the right for our preferred lender partner, Park Square Homes Mortgage, LLC, to contact the buyer to offer program choices that may benefit the buyer. Further, PSH Title, our title company, is ready, willing and able to take care of all the title work for the close of escrow of their home to ensure a seamless transition between all parties.
Commission Structure
At Park Square Homes, we offer a commission rate of __% for residential homes (single family and townhomes) as calculated pursuant to a brokerage agreement to be entered into by Park Square Homes and the Realtor®.
Registration of Customer
Registration of a customer by the cooperating Realtor® partner must occur on the first visit to the Park Square Homes' community. The registration is not transferable to other Park Square Homes communities. If a cooperating Realtor® shows homes in multiple communities, registration of the customer must occur in each community. The registration of the prospective home buyer will be in effect for a period of 60 days. The registration period will expire at the end of 60 days unless explicitly renewed by the customer, cooperating Realtor®, and Park Square Homes in writing. It is the responsibility of the cooperating Realtor® to extend the registration in writing and obtain signatures from the customer and Park Square Homes. No verbal agreement will be honored. If the registration is not extended, the registration will not be valid after 60 days from the registration date. If the customer purchases a home from Park Square Homes after that date with no extension of this agreement, no commission will be due to the cooperating Realtor®. It is the cooperating Realtor’s® responsibility to maintain the relationship with the customer and assist them in their home purchase. If the customer is abandoned by their Realtor® or if the Realtor® is not taking steps to advance the agreement to purchase, then no commission will be due to the cooperating Realtor®.
We Value Your Privacy
Our Realtor® partners’ privacy is extremely important to Park Square Homes. We do not sell our agents’ contact or personal information. We may aggregate personally identifiable information and only disclose such information if its relationship with a home contract or sale is evident. Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we may collect from you. These privacy policies are subject to change at any time. If there are material changes to any of these privacy policies, we will post those changes and update this policy. The policies and procedures described herein replace all previous policies and procedures regarding this subject. Effective April 1, 2025, this Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to these terms and conditions.
